We gave Feliz Navidad a name befitting the season.  "Navi" comes to us from "The Truck," and is an unregistered Thoroughbred filly.  She is a sweet thing who is, at the moment, still coming out of shell shock after riding from Florida to A Pinch of Luck in a nine horse trailer with eight other horses.  A sardine's life does not suit this pretty little girl.

Navi has shown us that she is good for farrier work, enjoys being groomed, and is very easy to handle.  She has acclimated well to our farm's daily life, and gets along well with her herd mates.

We're told that she's been started under saddle, but don't plan on riding her while she's here--she's a big tall girl, and for sure will reach well above 16 hands--but that doesn't mean she's ready for riding yet.  She has solid bone, nice feet, and a quiet demeanor.  We plan on lots of ground work and kind handling until her special new person comes along.
