Power has moved to Grovetown, GA where he is now offered for sale on consignment through Diane E Cross Training Center.  Diane is a fellow lover of Thoroughbreds and will continue Power's training..  He is currently schooling 2'3 and is enjoying it tremendously!  Horse shows are in his very near future!

Power is a handsome hunk of a horse who is ready and waiting for his own special person.  April, who is a regular rider of most of the kids of A Pinch of Luck, fell in love with him when he got here last fall.  We gave her some extra time to spend with him before putting him up on the site, so he's enjoyed a winter of riding and special one on one attention.  Unfortunately, paramedic school has taken up a bit more time than anticipated, and April and I have come to the decision that it's in Power's best interest to finally have his own person "for real."

This is one fun horse who is willing to do anything to please his rider.  He's uncomplicated to ride, and is already schooling lead changes.  He's had a few attempts over cross rails, and is still pretty green, though he's been willing to give jumping a try--he's just not mastered the concept yet!

Power retired from a successful racing career sound of mind and body.  His legs are clean, and his head is in great shape.  He works in a snaffle, and is good at all three gaits.  He's very well behaved for the farrier, enjoys being bathed, and is no trouble to work around on the ground or while under saddle.  He loads and ships well, and is well on his way to becoming a fantastic sport horse.
