Christmas came a little early for Mercury and his new mom Madie!  We're thrilled that this fantastic pair will be staying with us at A Pinch of Luck!  Stay tuned for updates on this up and coming team!!!  Congratulations, guys!!!

Mercury is here and settling in well.  He and Run Spot Run (Spotty) have become good buddies, and are starting to fit in with the rest of their (already established) turnout group.  He had his feet done last week, and should be ready to go to work in the next week or so.  Merc is a BEAUTIFUL mover who covers the ground with a floating trot and a powerful canter.

Mercury has been a part of Stacy and Ron's family since he was a two year old.  He's a wonderful, sweet boy, and is one of Ron's favorites.  A great battle nearly ensued when the decision was made to retire him...  Several friends offered their homes to him, but Stacy put her foot down--"Heather's been waiting for Merc for years...  He's goin' to Georgia!"

He'll be here early in the week of October 10th, and we can't wait.  This attractive bay gelding is as sweet as they come, generous of himself, and a lot of fun to have around.  Stay tuned for updates, and perhaps a revision on his size--it's been a while since we've visited with him outside of his stall, and are remembering a best-guess height!
