Soldier is a three year old gelding who is ready to settle in at a new home. Though he made it to the track, he never started. He's been passed from a kind and trusting trainer to a dishonest gentleman who attempted to dump him at a terrible northern horse auction. Lucky for Soldier, he was taken in by our friends at FLTAP and was assured of a true chance at life. We feel so lucky to have this neat youngster!
He's been worked under saddle at the track, but was not started at FLTAP--we didn't let him stay long enough! He will be in Georgia on August 12th, and after a few days to settle in, we'll evaluate him further.
He has clean legs, an outstanding temperment, and should be the kind of athlete who excels in many directions.

Soldier, who is now known as Rowan, is now very much loved by Jessie and her mom Noelle. Jessie plans to give Rowan plenty of time to grow up before pursuing eventing with him. In the mean time, she plans on continuing to enjoy her first off track Thoroughbred, Chase (Judge Jay).
