Demi, whose barn name comes from her mother;'s registered name, Demi Buff, ran thirteen times and brought home less than $2000.  She's sweet, endearing, and not at all a race horse.  She's the third daughter of her father, Western Expression, that we've had, and so far, she's proving to be just like her sisters--quiet, sensible, and a beautiful flat kneed hunter mover.

Demi had a rough end to her racing career--through a series of mishaps, she ended the season with nowhere to go.  Fortunately for her, we found out she needed a home and her first trainer was willing to take her back into his stable until we could get her to Georgia.  She retired sound from her brief career with clean legs and a good mind.

Demi is very easy to handle and enjoys being handled and groomed.  She takes in everything around her quietly and other than the hotwire, has yet to find anything to get too excited about since she arrived.

She presently sticks at 16.1 and should  top out another two to three inches taller.  Both of her sisters were slow to mature and have grown into their sixth years.  We doubt that she'll be too different from them.  They all look alike, and other than that her sisters are both dark brown and she is black, they are very similiar in appearance and body type.

Demi will be enjoying a couple weeks of time to acclimate and hopefully put on some much needed weight--she is priced at a pretraining rate--check in for details!
